BBC will be encrypted

Important Notice for South Asia and Middle East audiences BBC World, which is widely available in South Asia and the Middle East on cable and satellite, will on 15th June 2006, encrypt its digital broadcast TV signal on the PanAmSat10 satellite to South Asia and the Middle East.This will affect the following countries and territories: India, Pakistan, the Middle East, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

ya3ni one of my best choice and source for documentary and news will be gone.everything will be encrypted sooner or later :D hek sheklo,worldcup , CNN mn zamaan , and now BBC.

  1. Can you post the source? somehow I think encrypted and encoded got confused and what they mean is that they’re moving to differernt broadcasting technology that is still available but might affect old users
