The legend of mansaf

 

I don’t know why mansaf takes a great part of our lives,really even on the Internet you can find a lot of topics about mansaf,I remember there was a site called I love mansaf ,and one called jameed,in mahjoob.com many threads there were talking just about the mansaf effect or how to mansaf things.

 

I wonder if we can have mansaf sandwiches some day,or 3a9eer mansaf. we can make a site to support mansaf and announce it us our national meal just like the black iris is our national flower. maybe we will get some attention and it will be known as an international meal (Jordan) just like french fries.

 

what I really want to say that it has been a while since I ate a good mansaf,I wonder if there is a 3azemeeh in the near future where I can eat a memorable mansaf.but one can only wish :(

  3. Mansaf as snak hmm , or u can find Jameed at the Coffee store all in Amman offer you Hot Jameed ..

    cuz lately they Offer lentil soup (Shorbt 3ads ) in St. u can take is way 3a 6aeer

  4. this what you should do to get a good and free mansaf, after the friday prayer (even if you are not muslim you can still do this, no one will know), anyhow, again after the friday prayer, follow a group of people (5 to 6 people) and walk with them as if you know them, and i am sure you we get to a mansaf :-) enjoy and pray for me :-)

  5. by the way , el mansaf everywhere is called “Jordanian Mansaf”" so dont worry everyone know its from jordan …. but in jordan no one will say jordanian bcuz its jordan
